Wonderful idea!Your guest will love it!!

Seems silly since the glasses need to be upright while in use

I agree with Gurayn.

I love this idea! For the nay-sayers, once stored upside down, they would be ready to use at that moment....think outside of the box....
Kathleen
Awesome!
LUCY
The hourglass is to big and hand to handle
Katrina

I think the idea is good, but considering that it's only five minutes of time measured, it doesn't seem like it would be of much use or entertainment after that...

When I drink wine, I want time to stand still--not remind me that time is ticking by... Maybe a snow globe would be cute? When the wine is swirled, the snow would fly?

Fun design! The sand can go back and fourth when its set down and when you are sipping.

A set of four at that price would be reasonable I think. A fun conversation starter. Great for the entertainer!

A bit pricey

Interesting to look at but how do you clean them?

Doesn't look comfortable to hold

Maybe a tad pricey, but I would definitely put on my wishlist! I'm all about fun and different:)

Hi Donna. Thanks for your comment and question. We're glad you're intrigued by this timely twist on the classic wine glass!Like many wine glasses, these should be washed by hand. It's definitely okay to get them wet and clean them with dish detergent, but they shouldn't be left submerged in water. Air dry or dry with a towel after washing.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE these wine glasses! But can you please lower the price please!

Functionally these don't look comfortable to the hand. Seems awkward and gimicky.

if it took an hour for the rotation, you could use it to monitor your drinking-

A little too expensive for a mostly fun glass.

Love them visually....but how would you clean them?

I love the design of these. I would absolutely buy a set for my table.
Deborah
Vote: Thumbs down!
I love the design, but I'm disappointed at only 5 minutes worth of sand per rotation.
Lindsay
Vote: Thumbs up!
Love them, but a little too expensive.
Sarah

SOOOO cute but sooooo expensive!
Jennifer
Vote: Thumbs down!
They look cool, but they really can only work in one direction, unless you don't want to use them for actual wine!
Lori
Vote: Thumbs up!
Love the idea, but wouldn't pay that much for them. I think that is a little pricey. Definitely something to talk about.

As mentioned before by others, love them but wouldn't spend $75 on them for myself or for a gift.

Way silly and not at all practical.

They're eyecatching. But what's the point? They look they might easily break.
Millie

I love them! yeah they may not be super practical but they are so cute! A little spendy, I don't know that I would personally buy them for myself but I do love them!
Ann
Vote: Thumbs down!
I just don't get the point. Is the hourglass a timer on how long you have to consume a glass? It also looks difficult to hold comfortably.

i love the idea, but Iwould reduce the price a little and I'll add different colors of sand if possible like red, orange, pink, blue.... It'll be nice if the sand could take a little more than 5 minutes to pass through....

I don't see the point and they look fragile.

I don't get it. Isn't sharing wine with friends about forgetting the time and living in the moment?
Brian

Just think the idea is too weird

Looks like a coffee table stainer to me if used to meter time of conversation. Wine glasses are already tricked up enough these days, send these back to Junktown.

The price is too high for a very short effect.

If the hour glass served a purpose, such as the time it takes for the wine to breath after pored, then the idea would be great. Right now it just seems decorative. Which is Ok but would not get me to purchase them over another wine glass set. It has the possibility of being so much better if the hour glass section served a purpose.

it is, to say the least, novel. something for someone who has everything else...

I see lots of merlot spillage on beige carpets with this one.
Linda

Fun...fun...fun...till the sands of time call for another glass.
Stanley

Agree with the commentator who noted the sand would run immediately and only last 5 minutes. Plus I hate hand washable anything in the kitchen/dining area.
Sabina

Actually love the idea, but can't figure out how it works. Just one glass?
Sarah

Why?

Dorky looking. Captivating??? Spend money instead on really good wine. THAT would spark the conversation. Why mess with an already good design by

Cheesy
Allison
Neat..but I would just be chugging my wine to finish before it ran out.
Suzanne
Love the look. Can't imagine cleaning them, though.
dre
Silly.
Linda
Too silly.
Kim
I was going to say "silly," but then I saw that several other commenters beat me too it. So let me say "silly, and not in a good way."
Heather
pretty but it's not like you can flip the glass over to re-set the timer until it's empty and then you have to wait 5 minutes for a refill?
Beth
It would be a nice vase. How do you clean the bottom portion of them???
jenn
love it!
