Times Are A-Changing
Daylight slipping between your fingers? Keep time on your side with Daniel Will-Harris' graphic nod to the ever-shifting skies with a watch that fades from light to dark, and back again every 20 seconds. It captures the fleeting nature of time--all while telling time, of course. Two polarized discs spin to ticking seconds to create the artful illusion. The band is made using durable kevlar and the brushed stainless steel face has no visible lugs providing a seamless connection from band to watch case. Made In China with Japanese & Chinese components.
- Item ID: 21472
- Materials: stainless steel, kevlar
- 1.42" dia., 0.40" D, Kevlar Band: 9" L
- Water-resistant up to 100 feet.

Hmmmm.... it's different and may be that perfect gift for someone you cannot think up anything else for - interesting idea!

125 buckaroos for such an ugly design? im sorry but it looks like something made at a kiddie craft shop

other than the estimated price being too high (in my opinion) this is a fantastic item

This timepiece is beautiful and novel. I only wonder if the constant switching from light to dark would be distracting.
Jo Ann
Would be more inclined to purchase at a lower price.

LOVE the style--but the blinking might be a bit much.
Laurel
Too pricey.

Cool idea, but probably wouldn't every buy it for myself.

Love the polarized filters idea but, it's too pricey!

Is it just me or are watches hard enough to read already?
yoanna
Vote: Thumbs up!
clever, but not worth the price in my opinion.

Cool designs for the watch enthusiast, but the price is too high.
Renee
It's a unique and intriguing idea, but I wonder if "sustainability is a part of this decision," if it is made "in a more socially and environmentally responsible manner," and if it "contains recycled components." The description doesn't really say. I'm on the fence with this one. The idea reminds me of something you might see in the Fossil collection, but without the known value you get when you buy a Fossil item, I'm not sure if the value is worth the price.

Cool looking

I think the constant changing face of the clock would be distracting. Who wears watches these days anyway?
Janet
Vote: Thumbs down!
Who wears a watch anymore?
Tamara

So every few seconds it starts fading out to become harder to read correctly? This sounds distracting and annoying.
Bonita
Vote: Thumbs down!
Pricey...constant changing could possbly be a big distraction.

Expensive, but may be just the thing for someone who has everything!

pretty expensive and looks like it's more gimmicky than useful - hard to tell the time

Great idea, but the price is too high

Neat idea, price doesn't seem quite right for how simplistic it looks.

I personally don't like the design, and I wouldn't pay that high of a price for it, either.

This would be annoying!

Maybe it's just me, but I like to look at a watch and know what time it is without having to learn a new system (or even worse, be confronted with a dark watch face). Two hands works for me - the big hand is on the 12, the little hand is on the 2, it's 2 o'clock...

Very cool idea. Definitely made for a person who loves watches. I don't think I could wear it because I would always be watching it!

Hi there, I help buy our Jewelry and Accessories here at UncommonGoods. Thanks for all your feedback so far - it has been incredibly helpful to us! As you might expect, our suppliers and us use several factors to determine the right price for an item. Some of the key considerations to determine a retail price include 1) materials, 2) design and 3)for watches in particular, the quality of the movement. For example, the Twilight Watch uses Japanese movement. Hope this helps to know, and thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Good watches are expensive. This doesn't seem overpriced for a high quality time piece.

Nice try but not quite there. Too hard to tell the time and stays dark too long.

to much money for the gimmick

The fade would be great if it faded as light naturally fades...but every 20 seconds would get tiresome.

Very attractive and modern design. And $125 doesn't seem like too much for a quality watch that is water resistant. I'd like to know if there is a warranty for the watch though.

Again, not easy to tell time, no date.

Who needs this watch? And for $125? Talk about a waste of money. Just get a normal watch.

I like the product, but think it would be neater if it faded less often.

Product is interesting. But price is insane
