Caught in a Trap!

Are fugitive choppings threatening to make your kitchen a disaster? Keep them under control with this trapezoidal cutting board whose raised edges keep food from making a quick getaway. This board features a unique trapezoidal shape that both keeps your knife in the perfect position for cutting and also funnels food perfectly into its intended destination with no mess. Bonus, the unique shape and warm wood grain make this piece the perfect palette to serve cheese, crackers and other delectables.

Created with cleanliness front of mind, this board is made from tight-grained maple and sealed with walnut oil, preventing bacterial break-ins. Milled in Ohio. Hand-sanded and finished in Nashville, Tennessee.

Nate Kutsko

Nate Kutsko felt inspired to invent a better cutting board after years of collecting different experiences spanning from his Civil Engineering education from West Point, military service, orthopedic device sales and home improvement business ownership. Nate is not a trained chef, but approached the problems that persist the traditional flat cutting boards as an engineer. He connected his many memories of useful tools he had seen and used to develop his new style of cutting board.

This cutting board has become my favorite. The design is so clever and the craftsmanship so lovely. My husband is the real chef in our family and he uses it over and over again for cooking. We also use it when entertaining for serving cheese/crackers. Great gift for foodie friends.
