Who steams in the oven? Maybe in the microwave but they are too tall for that anyway.

Definitely not worth $100 and to be honest in my opinion porcelain is not the best for cooking (at least not if your clumsy) because they shatter when dropped! And who in the world steams anything in the oven?

I would buuy this if I could afford it. Really would use it if it were 50.00 or less. Would buy as gifts if it were 30.00.
