I love the colors and I would go for this, myself. I am concerned, however, that the owl would keep birds away. Owls are placed on buildings to keep pigeons from dumping. This implies that birds react to the shape of an owl and not smell or some other factor.

It is definately cute, and I wouldn't actually mind having it except I would also be worried about scaring away the birds.

With regard to the owl scaring away birds, for one the size is much smaller than those replicas used to keep birds away. Also, the coloring and shape of this owl would not have the same effect on birds visiting this feeder. This is adorable, and a really great functional art piece for the yard.

It says right there that it's "spiky". Do you really want spiky around a bird? I don't want to hurt anything.

I like this, I would not feed birds with it, but I would find something else for it, very cute!

This would be decorative only, birds don't like these and seeds get wet even tho it's covered

I think it's really cute, but I don't think my birds will like it. It's awkward to get to the seed, and the owl eyes may be scary.

I would hang this In my house because I think it's wicked cool. For that, I gave it a thumbs-up.As a birdfeeder, a thumbs-down because I share the concerns of other voters about it scaring off the birds and it seems like it would have sharp metal edges that we wouldn't want to injure the birds.You should carry it anyway but as an art piece!
