Fresh Fruit

This zesty little bar is just the thing to thing to add a spritz of delight to your morning shower! Featuring all the aromatic goodness of a potpourri pot, this uplifting cleanser explodes with exfoliating slices of dried orange and goji berries, as well as fragrant calendula and cornflower petals. The bar beneath is made of a creamy, all-natural blend of moisturizing emollients, including unrefined shea butter, jojoba oil, and goat's milk. Suspended flakes of oat flour and bits of French green clay and activated bamboo charcoal help buff dead skin cells away for a bright, never brusque, wake-up from head to toe. Handcrafted in North Carolina.

Mary Ann Forehand

I have a BFA degree in Painting and Drawing from East Carolina University. I believe that creativity is a lifestyle and that I am constantly shaping my artistic aesthetic. After a lifetime of cooking, painting and being a metalsmith I became interested in natural personal care products. I have many skin allergies and needed to find some solution. As I started experimenting with soap making I began giving the things I made to friends and family. Soon I was spending all my time working on my products and Little Birdie was born.

I approach all of my products as art and I think this shows in the originality of the ingredients used as well as the design of the product itself. There is so much exciting work being done with natural skin care products and I really want to convey to our customers how much better their skin will feel and look by changing to these products. Let's not keep putting junk on our poor skin!
