Boulder, Colorado designer Heather English is taking it to the streets (literally), reclaiming the inner tubes from 18-wheeler tires and refashioning them into this stylish, satchel-inspired bag. Roomy enough for your books and files, the bag features a large interior pocket and a removable, adjustable seatbelt strap. With a sturdy top handle and spring hook closures, there's nothing for you to do but keep on truckin'. Made in Boulder, Colorado.
