Floor It!
Does working out in the garden leave you knees feeling flat-out tired? Well, this earth-friendly gardening mat will have you pumped up about getting your hands on those weeds again. Its rubber exterior is made from recycled industrial tires. Because this is the material from the inner tube, rather than the tough exterior, the surface is surprisingly smooth and flexible. Not only is the material extremely durable, but it's also naturally slip resistant, water resistant, and abrasion resistant. The rubber conceals an inch-thick cushion of anti-fatigue foam, for an easier ride on your knees, and the rounded shape of the mat gives you the freedom to shift left and right without having to re-position it. Mat comes with a sturdy, attached nylon handle for carrying. Handmade in Milwaukee, WI.

The Tube Pad guards gardeners' knees and comes in handy for handymen. Would this clever cushion make doing your dirty jobs a little easier?

I'd definitely give this a try as a gift for my Master Gardener friend.

$25 for part of a recycled tire!

I'm all for recycling, but I agree with alena - $25 dollars for part of a tire? I could make this for less.

Just use an old pillow... I mean I love the concept of recycling but we can recycle things to kneel on at home--for free

There's a million of these on the market and all of them are more attractive than this one. It doesn't look all that comfy either.

I have another product from this line, the pot, and I love it, but this one is overpriced I think.

Interesting concept, but for the younger, not middle aged gardener. It would be great if it covered a short stool!

I'd maybe buy it for $10. How are we as a society supposed to be convinced to buy recycled when it's priced so high? I mean you didn't have to pay for the original material, right? So why so expensive?

Too pricey for that.

I like the recycle idea and don't think the price is too high for what it is, but not something I would spend on.

I like the idea that it is more waterproof than the one I have, plus it seems like a nice length.

You'd have to move this everytime you move to another spot. I'd rather use pads attached to my knees.

Love the idea, but I could make this for a lot less.

Might be a good idea for the gardener in my family.

Really? The picture shows a Montgomery Ward inner tube. First of all, I didn't know the made tires; second: it's not a name associated with tires; third they've been out of business for A LONG WHILE so how old is this tube. Not a market for this.

I love that it's recycled, but I can recycle my own piece of foam for free!

I'd have to see how cushiony it is, but if gives good support I think it'd be very useful

ANY price is too high for this. Really? I need another piece of stuff hanging around my garage? And something that my husband would think is garbage and likely throw out? I don't think so.

i'm sure i could find something around my house to use to kneel on for free. yay for recycling, but try again.

Think lots of gardeners will like this. Might be on the high end in price though.

It is too expensive but the idea that anybody can get old tires for free shows that someone is uninformed. The average passenger vehicle tire doesn't have a tube in it so these probably come from heavy equipment. Because is costs money to get rid of tires now, selling the tubes would help offset that cost. Again, at least it's made in the USA :)
