Purple Mountain was conceived while the artist visited her parents in scenic Arizona, as she took in the incredible views of the sun setting over the Tonto National Forest.

Renée Leone is a Chicago-based watercolor artist with a Design and Communication education (BFA from Harrington Institute and BA from Loyola University). An accomplished freelance artist, Renée expresses her love for travel, art and the outdoors in her Travel Watercolor Series.
