As the cliche goes, a glove is a many-splendored thing, and one of the many splendors of this glove is that it's highly skilled at holding flowers. Hold on, that's not the saying. At any rate, this ceramic glove is great as a planter and fantastic as a vase. And unlike some of your other gardening gloves, this one is waterproof and a fabulous accent for your home on a windowsill, on a porch, or anywhere else you can think of. Designed by Michel Harvey. Handmade in Canada.

Michel Harvey

Creator of the whimsical ceramic kraft paper bag and glove vases, Michel Harvey compares his work to that of a magician. "Nothing in his hand, nothing up his sleeves."

Raised in Quebec City, he studied design at the University of Quebec and Ceramics at Cegep of Montreal, and he now lives in Montreal.

His main objective is to create a work of quality which is also pleasant to own, but which is able to do more - his handcrafted porcelain vases can hold water, plants and flowers. See all creations.
