Let love grow in your life and in the lives of others with this custom-made wedding/anniversary platter that donates $5 of each sale to Court Appointed Special Advocates of CASA of Allegheny County and CASA National, a nonprofit organization providing volunteer advocates in court for abused and neglected children.

Handmade in Pennsylvania of recycled glass, artisans laser engrave up to two initials of each person and a special date. Each plate is hand-cut from pre-consumer/ post-industrial recycled glass, then hand-screened with color. Plates are fired and sandblasted for finishing texture. Font color appears as dark silver/greyish silver. Exclusively at UncommonGoods.

Mary Irwin-Scott

Since 2005, Plates With Purpose has raised awareness for and donated over $150 thousand dollars to twelve non-profit organizations. Founded by Mary Irwin-Scott, President of the Riverside Design Group, it's a family-oriented company that takes community service very seriously. Irwin-Scott's daughter and Riverside Creative Director, Cassandra Ott, frequently collaborates with her mother and father, as well as Pittsburgh architect, Grant Scott, to design plates for various agencies and causes. Some Riverside beneficiaries have included the AIDS Task Force & Persad Center, Pittsburgh's Habitat for Humanity, and Court Appointed Special Advocates, a volunteer organization that helps abused and neglected children. Artist Judy Smilow also lent her design to benefit the Alzheimer's Association and honor her father after his long struggle with the disease.
