Gather Round.

Designed by Cassandra Ott, this keepsake platter is a touching token of your appreciation for your mother or grandmother. A unique way to get the kids together, this platter features the laser-etched names of every grandchild or child surrounding a sunflower or daisy blooming with the word "mom" or "grandma." Color is then hand-screened onto the pre-consumer/post-industrial recycled glass and, to finish, it's fired and sandblasted for texture and a frosted look. Handcrafted in Pennsylvania.

Exclusively at UncommonGoods.

Cassandra Ott

Like many children, Cassandra loved to create spirited works of art. She was fortunate to have parents who were also artistically inclined, and recognized this as more than just a passing phase, but a real talent. Cassandra took art and drawing classes with her father, and found unfailing support from her mother. And now, she has the pleasure of working with them as part of the family business. The Riverside Design Group is committed not only to making unique, artistic tableware, but also to being environmentally sensitive and giving back to their community. Cassandra developed her keen eye while studying photography at the University of Cincinnati, and now her designs have graced tables from the Getty Museum Cafe to everyday homes. She currently lives in Chicago with her husband, son, and Hopper the cat. See all creations.
