Comments about PERFECT POPS:

The first recipe we made was the Mexican chocolate pops (half and half, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, bittersweet chocolate and brown sugar). Only five ingredients, easy-to-follow instructions, fast preparation, and tasty results made it all worth it. For some reason the bottom ~3/4" (bottom, as in when holding upright while eating) tasted like a brownie as opposed to the creaminess of the rest of the popsicle. Tasty contrast, but a bit chalky at that end.

      Comments about PERFECT POPS:

This recipe book has some unique twists on popsicles and is not just typical old popsicle recipes. I've only tried a few and they have been good, some call for ingredients I don't normaly have on hand but not all. Good easy to follow recipes so kids can help.

      Fun to make with kids!

      Comments about PERFECT POPS:

I bought this so my almost 3 year old and I could have fun making popsicles together. We've tried two of the recipes so far and plan to make 2 more of them today. He is very excited about making them (and especially eating them). There is great variety in different types of popsicles you can make. The categories are: fruity pops (examples: pineapple with chile and lime & melon blossom), creamy pops (examples: strawberry cheesecake pops & creamy coconut), fancy pops (examples: striped juice bar & root beer float pops) and grown- up pops (examples: pina colada & chocolate guinness pops). There are 45 different recipes to choose from. We made some for a party and they were a hit but it is also fun to just make them for us!
