Inspired by the familiar form of a key in a lock, this design transforms keys into key hangers and solves the need for that frantic, everyday search. Two contrasting woods (walnut and oak) that mimic the forms of the locks enhance this clever integration of form and function. The top slot for mail or reminders adds further functionality to the design.

- Living wage of Pennsylvania County: $11.43
paid time off
Salaried employees are provided up to three weeks paid time off per year.
Two of those weeks are for personal / sick days, and one of those weeks is a paid week off over Christmas.
The current staff is entirely comprised of recent hires - all have been with the company for less than one year.
These employees are provided a paid week off over Christmas and a flexible work schedule. In the event that some of these employees continue to work for more than one year, their contracts will be renegotiated and paid time off may be offered to them.
recycling primary/secondary materials
Vinylux is committed to the repurposing and re-imagining uses for obsolete vinyl records. The company currently repurposes and recycle over 200,000 records annually - equaling about 50,000 lbs. of records and album covers. Concurrent with Vinylux's commitment to reusing records is their dedication to generating as little waste as possible in our workshop and to recycling all scrap materials not used in production. All of their vinyl scrap is sent to record pressing plants to be reprocessed into new LPs.
