My aesthetic is clean, bold, and simple with a touch of whimsy. I find inspiration in the creativity of my children, geometry, and my surroundings. Sewing has been a part of my life since I can remember. I began sewing professionally at the age of 16, for a studio in Wisconsin that makes costumes for the Metropolitan and Lyric Opera. After moving to Chicago in 2012, I opened my studio with the desire to enliven peoples’ homes and lives. I am committed to creating pieces that use sustainable materials, with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship and great design. All products are designed and handmade in house, from the beginning sketches to the final sewing of each zipper. With a philosophy based on keeping the functional fun, my products will give your home a burst of energy and vibrant color.
