Bon Voyage

Pick up that fork and give it a try-even if it smells funny, feels squishy or, worst of all, if it's green! Featuring a healthy helping of many common fruits and veggies, this fact-packed book lets your child document their first reaction to these peculiar plants, including when they tried it, with what, and how it tasted and smelled. Filled with fun, interactive prompts and official sticker-stamps, this passport to adventurous eating opens curious minds-and mouths-all in the name of proudly declaring, "I tried it!" Comments about MY FOOD PASSPORT:

My 3 year old will eat nothing, but from the moment he opened the book, he wanted to start trying things so he could fill in the pages. Its a great start to experimenting with foods, and getting over initial fears about new food, however, it needs to include more fruit.

Playing with your food is one thing, but making a game of it is another. This clever book helps picky eaters tour the food world, and rewards trying new things. Do you know a kid that would love to take My Food Passport on a culinary adventure?

I would like it a lot more if the foods were international and not just things that kids don't particularly enjoy.

Could be a great tool for parents to encourage healthy eating habits!

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! Although My Food Passport is full of foods that kids don't usually eat, the selections are ones that kids might enjoy if they give them a chance. Other foods include avocado, mushrooms, mango, sweet potatoes, and more.

I LOVE IT! I'm thirteen years old but I still think it's fun, hec, I know adults that would use it!

Can I buy this for my boyfriend?! I think this is great for picky eaters and making anything into a "game" is awesome!!!

Love it! Great idea for parents and kids to keep track of food adventures, but also a great gag gift for fussy adults.

Anything to get kids to eat their veggies and try a few new things!! I think 3 is a little early tho.

Great idea. As a dietetics student, I can say that I will definitely recommend this to parents of picky eaters.

A very good idea that could help (challenge) kids to try new foods.

Maybe you'll create a veggie eater, maybe a gourmet -- maybe a food critic who doesn't like anything, but at least parents of picky eaters could have one more thing in their arsenal. And if Sante were to leave it in a Christmas stocking, the kiddos would HAVE TO try them, right? ;-)

cute, well priced. Looks a little simple tho, maybe make it more "kid-like"? More colorful, possibly add an activity aspect?

Cute idea. Loved the description. Why would having it printed in CHINA be a selling point? Leave that off the description.

This is a great idea! My kids would love getting involved in their own food choices like this. One thing though...aren't there enough printers to print it right here in the USA!?!? That would make it buy it for my 3 kids and for gifts for others!

    Christine

can't get them to do homework, let alone a food journal..........

Very unique idea. I would buy it TODAY if it were made in the U.S.!

    Peg

Looks like something the parent has to complete for the child, especially as it is rated for 3 .

No child or adult is going to take the time to write digusting feelings about not liking food in a book. There is no reason for this information to be saved.

    This seems pretty... stupid, really.

I like this a lot. I would personally want a variety of foods from around the world and not just fruits and veggies. Plus several personal note pages in the back for foods not covered. Good price!

If I can't get my kids to eat vegetables, do you really think that they will want to eat vegetables AND write a stinkin' report on them? I don't know a single kid who would actually do this and I have 7 children of my own!

I know exactly who I would give it to :) Love it, love it! Hope it is available soon!!!
