Alexandre Dujoncquoy has some impressive credentials--he holds a degree in insomnia with almost three years of two sleepless nights per week. He managed to cure his sleeplessness with a well-known meditation technique: focusing on his breath. But being able to focus on one's breath for a significant amount of time is easier said than done, and it took Alex months to be able to do it correctly. Together with his friend Pierre (a product designer), he tried to find a way to help users get to sleep through this meditation technique. After a year of product design and research to find the best breathing rate, his revolutionary sleep device was born.
