In 1964, when pop artist Robert Indiana stacked together four bright red letters, he couldn't have known he had just created an icon. The simple font, brilliant colors and the straightforward declaration of love all seem to express the optimism of a generation looking for hope in a time of war.
Take a stand against the cynicism of this modern day and age by wearing your own bold expression of love. The silver-plated brass pendant features an actual, mint condition Love stamp from the U.S. Post Office's original 1973 issuance. The stamp is sealed beneath a clear resin coating, which protects the surface while highlighting its colors with a glossy sheen. The pendant, which has a stamp-inspired scalloped edge, hangs from a 16" sterling silver chain with 2" extension. Comes packaged in a small mailing tube, as a giftable nod to its postal heritage. Made in the USA.
