Ring In A New Era
Artist Beth Lawrence created this stunning yet simple pair of earrings, along with a matching necklace and bracelet, while she was pregnant with her first child. Thoroughly modern and extremely meaningful, her pieces subtly represents the ineffably strong connection a mother shares with her child. A gold filled ring adorned with twisted wire is permanently entwined with a smaller, sterling silver hoop. A wonderful gift for new mothers, grandmothers, sisters, or best friends, the joined pieces are evocative of the infinite connection we possess with the special people in our lives and a reminder that they're always there for us as we carry on through life's struggles and successes. Handmade in Nashville, Tennessee.

- The fundamentals of good jewelry care are: make sure it is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Always store it out of the open air and keep it away from chemicals such as sunscreen, hairspray, perfume, etc. Clean your jewelry perodically with a polishing cloth to remove skin oils and to keep it shiny longer. Another good rule of thumb is to wash your jewelry with soap and water (and rinse and dry well). It is also not recommended to exercise in your handmade jewelry, as it can cause unnecessary stress on the piece, and the salt from sweat does not react well with the metals.
- the maker
Founded in 2006, Beth Lawrence's studio is located in Nashville, TN where she creates each piece of jewelry while her dog Zero sleeps nearby. A Nashville native, Beth has made jewelry since she can remember, and even sold her work to neighbors and boutiques while still in elementary school! After earning a BFA in Studio Art from Belmont University, she worked in art and craft galleries in Atlanta and Nashville before rekindling her passion for creating jewelry. Mainly drawing inspiration from geometry, she makes each piece with "love and a hammer", using sterling silver and gold-filled wire to create jewelry that is simple and delicately feminine. Beth travels extensively to promote her jewelry. However, Zero typically stays in the studio dreaming about squirrels and peanut butter. collection
