- the story
Add some retro lab style to your home with these shapely vases made from authentic laboratory glass. The fun Florence vase at left can hold up to 10,000 milliliters of colored water for a vivid, dazzling look, and it's perfect for holding flowers - after all, the name "florence" comes from a Latin word for blossom. And the Erlenmeyer vase at right is great for proposing the modern naphthalene formula of two benzene rings sharing two carbon atoms, holding flowers or accenting your home with a splendid modern touch. It can also hold up to 5,000 milliliters of colored water, and was invented by Richard August Carl Emil Erlenmeyer, whom we can also thank for that napthalene formula. The contours of his vase, though, are probably a more significant contribution. Imported.
