Words of Wisdom
The best art not only inspires, but broadens our perspective, if only for a moment. Invite the warmth and wisdom of an ancient Chinese proverb into your home with artist Rebecca Puig's Invisible Thread Wall Art. Detailing the subtle ties that connect us all--along with Puig's personal wish that you find joy in your everyday encounters--the message hits home with three abacus beads, reminding us to count our blessings.
Puig prints the proverb onto mahogany veneer and frames her work in reclaimed pine featuring a weathered patina. Comes ready-to-hang. Handmade in Roswell, Georgia.

- the maker
With her love of art, family and unconventional materials, Rebecca Puig creates enigmatic and experimental wall art that delights and inspires. After finishing college in 1996, Puig began working in a folk art gallery, where she tried her hand at painting and ceramics. Years later, in 2002, she started her own company, Sugarboo, with the help of her husband, Rick. Named after Puig's nicknames for her two young children, Sugarboo sets the standard for forward-thinking design. Puig fuses together nature, antiques, folk art and proverbs, among other things, to transform everyday materials and found objects into aesthetic life lessons and treasured family keepsakes.

Comments about INVISIBLE THREAD WALL ART:
this is a gift for a co-worker who is also a member of our book club. Our last book, The Invisible Thread, related to the gift we purchased for her farewell. The statement on the product is very meaningful but I think the product was very overpriced.
