Jason Thompson

Jason Thompson began making hand-bound books in 1991 after being inspired by one that his wife gave him as a birthday present. He began by running the binding books in his studio apartment. The original books were made with simple hand tools: a knife, bone folder, glue brush, needle and thread. See all creations.
