The perfect low-maintenance planter for those green -challenged "brown thumbs," these delicate handmade, ceramic pods are designed to help "air plants" (tilandsia) thrive. The unglazed, Moroccan brown planters designed by Michael McDowell can be propped on any countertop or suspended using the included cord. Just tuck a couple of leaves into the pod's small opening, and you're good to grow. Hanging Air Plant Pod^TM requires no dirt and almost no watering, this indoor greenery option is an ideal for the time-pressed. Handmade in Colorado.

• Each Pod: approx. 3.25" H x 1.5" dia.
• 3'+ of hemp hanging cord included. Air plant not included. Can be hung indoors or out but plants should be brought inside during cooler temperatures. Air plants (Tillandsia) will not survive in standing water since water pooling in leaves can kill them. To secure air plant, tuck a few leaves inside if the bulb of plant isn't big enough.

Michael McDowell is a clay artist and craftsman "living, working and obsessing over modern art and environments" in Denver, Colorado.

"My objective is to hand craft beautiful, well-made modern ceramics for your home," Michael says.
