Hammered from recycled steel using traditional blacksmithing techniques by Al Stephens in Northern Alabama, its hefty weight and arched shape slices through hard and soft cheeses alike with sharp, clean strokes. Rich with craftsmanship, form and function, this rustic piece is meant for lifelong use.
