Snack On.

Whether you're a hardcore metal-head, a folk aficionado or a classical devotee, this wooden ode to the guitar is just the instrument to strum up samples to suit any taste. The black walnut shapes defining the sound hole and bridge are finely sanded to adjoin with the maple body seamlessly, making this hand-crafted board a song-worthy setting for rock star snacks. Each serving board is handcrafted by artisans at L&T Precision Woodcraft who select only the highest quality premium hard woods. Each piece is hand-picked to ensure quality and consistency. Handmade in Aloha, Oregon using only sustainable hardwoods sourced locally in Portland.

  • Item ID: 21490
  • Materials: maple wood
  • 15" L x 7.25" W x .75" H
  • Hand wash with mild soap and water. Let dry; apply cutting board conditioner often to prevent cracking. Not dishwasher/microwave safe.

L & T Precision Woodcraft began when two friends started applying their CNC skills (a sophisticated wood router) and experience to making wood gifts for family and friends. L (Dave Leach) and T (Mike Templeton) have years of experience as cnc machinists and have been through the ups and downs of the work flow in that industry as well as the layoffs. See all creations.

This board won't help you cut tracks for your next LP, but it does cut it when it comes to kitchen style. Do you know a music loving foodie who would adore this handmade wooden board?

Fun idea, made in the States, and made from sustainable sources--exactly what I think Uncommon Goods is all about. Great wedding present!

Correct! We're doing things a little different this week and collecting the voter comments before deciding on the final price. We're looking for some solid feedback as to what makes these products truly uncommon designs.

Very nice and simple. Would be great for people who entertain a lot who love unique pieces, or just love music.

Looks a bit plain to me.

IT does seem a little plain. Maybe if there were strings. Maybe the wood grain is supposed to look like strings. I guess it would depend on the wood for each board. It would be a nice gift for the right person

Not very practical.

Mary

Dull. I don't like it at all.

unattractive and cheap looking although I'm sure it is a sturdy item. I don't use wooden cutting boards - to easy to get food poisoning. If it had been beautiful I might reconsider but this product is not the one to convince me.
