Katie's doing a great job of growing our assortment of gifts you'll love, and her latest find is a fun option for kids who want to help in the garden! Which clever kit would fit best with your family's flora?

These seem cute as a cheap stocking stuffer idea, but I would not buy them for more than $10

Cute for the kid that has everything and you can't seem to find anything for a gift.

This is cute and I love the Gnome Garden. However, I can find children's garden kits for a cheaper price at local stores.

Looks like a great little gift for my niece or nephew.

Packet of seeds cost about $1.29 in a garden center why pay $16.00 for four seeds? That's about $14.81 for cute-sy packaging.

I see these kinds of things everywhere and I dread them. There are great little places that sell simple gardening things for beginners and/or kids that are fun and tend to actually grow!

Cute idea, but too expensive for what you get. Maybe $16 for all four, but not individually

Love this gift idea, I think kids will love it. I would buy it.

Mary

Cute packaging but boxes too small to attract attention of 7-year-old I'm thinking of. Realistically, how much can the child participate? or does adult have to do nearly all? Little plants already started sold at local farm for $1 is what I buy.

Thanks for the feedback, Mary. How much a child can help will depend on his or her age, but the kit isn't intended for kids under 3.

MJ

Cute idea but too pricey.

Nancy

Excellent idea and the price isn't bad if you can get free shipping.
