Grandma's Rowboat is more than just a name for this graphic and contemporary serving piece. It references the charming story that inspired it. Artist Alain Bonneau and his wife have three grandchildren, a rowboat and a river in their backyard. His wife taught their grandchildren how to row in that river. This porcelain set represents the grandmother (carafe), the three children (tumblers) and their time spent together in the boat.

The modern serving set includes a streamlined rowboat that works as a tray, a white water carafe and three drinking glasses. A unique alternative to the usual clear glass carafes and water glasses, the artist team of Goyer Bonneau tries to capture form and function in all of their colored porcelain pieces. Made in Canada.
