Forgoing the paint and the mess, this kit includes a UV-light spray can and a sheet of glow-in-the-dark fabric. The high power light from the spray excites luminescent molecules on the fabric and leaves behind a trail of glowing graffiti! Use the included stencils or go freestyle. The glowing graffiti will fade after about 15 minutes, so you can use the fabric again and again. One AA battery included. Made in China.
