Celestial Sphere
Each night, the moon offers a new surprise—its size, shape, color and location seem to change night by night, if not by the hour. No wonder that, from ancient times, it has been considered a symbol of transformation. This transcendent glass paperweight offers something more lasting, but can be a powerful reminder to be patient through life's changing cycles.
The outer surface of this handmade masterpiece is a swirl of mirrored glass and midnight blue. A surface is cut from one side of the sphere, creating a round window that seems to look out into a night sky. Inside hovers the familiar, cratered face of a full moon, peeking out from behind windswept clouds. Keep it on your desk for a glimpse of the soothing magic of moonlight throughout your day. Handmade in Seattle, Washington.

This handmade glass paperweight is beautiful on the outside, but look in and you'll see that it contains a surprise--a bold full moon. Does it have your vote?

pretty cool looking, think it may end up being priced higher than I would pay, but do think it is an awesome paperweight.

I agree. It's cute as long as it isn't too expensive.

Looks cool, paperweights aren't really my thing but if they were I'd like it.

As a night owl, I'd love to have this on my desk (even though I don't find it really practical).

How great is a paperweight that keeps rolling off the table? And this is not the familiar face of the moon I know and love! Come on, America! You can do better than this!

The outside surface looks a little dirty in the picture?? Not very attractive to me.

Too small. Good idea, though.

The concept is good, the innards are kinda cool looking, but the overall look is of a creepy eyeball. I'd not want to look at this on my desk. No way!

Don't worry, Pam. There is a small flat spot on the bottom of the paperweight to keep it from rolling away.

Lovely, but it looks expensive (I notice you are no longer including price points in the product story information).

Glad you like it, Lisa! We've decided to leave pricing out of our voting app, because we want feedback on the design, functionality, and craftsmanship of the pieces rather than the cost. We do offer purchase notifications, though, so if you do like a product we can send you an email and let you know if it enters our assortment. That way you can see the price once it's finalized and decide whether you'd like to purchase.

Who actually uses paperweights anymore?
