Bill Waiste and Rachel Flores can recall sunny days spent at the Pacific Ocean Park in Santa Monica before it closed in 1967. Little did they know the salty air, rollercoasters, and sweet treats would inspire their business 50 years later. In their Santa Monica foundry they fuse their love of food, pop culture, and community by making delectable butter crunch, a gluten-free toffee style confection with a culinary twist. It's their hope that when you savor the unique flavor combinations like rosemary, curry, and rum and vanilla, you'll transport to your favorite amusement park wherever it may be.
