Before the Cookie Crumbles
Wouldn't it be sweet to have a delicious fortune cookie pendant as your personal lucky charm? Hand formed out of a thin, sterling silver sheet, this iconic shape is a tiny, perfect origami. Its small scale brings out the elegance of the classic fortune cookie shape, and its oracular mystique is subtly amplified by its newly intimate setting. Handmade by artist Christina Kober in Decatur, Georgia.

Christina Kober
Christina Kober Designs began as a hobby.. essentially to help her learn about her father's business, a jeweler supply store in Atlanta, Georgia. She began working for him when she was 14, it was just a summer and holiday job so she could fill her closet with clothes... little did she know it would turn into a passion.
After graduating college, she found that she was curious about the process of making jewelry and decided to begin taking classes and experimenting at home. Soon, Christina found herself recommending what tools to buy and providing insights into crafting and fabricating jewelry.
She currently lives in Decatur, GA with her fiance & their cat. Christina's a glass half full kind of person. She's a self proclaimed shopaholic, buying anything from tools to clothes. She loves breakfast, dancing, opening fortune cookies, and reading. See
all creations.

It's said that fortune favors the bold, but sometimes it's ok to take a more subtle approach. We love that Christina Kober's Fortune Cookie Necklace is dainty, but a little daring. Would you wear this sweet good luck charm?
Teri
Very cool item but far too expensive. Keep it under $60.

I actually am lucky enough to already own one of these - "Never Settle For Anything Less Than Butterflies." (I live near Decatur, and my husband bought this for me at an arts fair.)I *LOVE* it, and I get comments and compliments on it everytime I wear it. (which is often - it's really very versatile) I love the hidden message aspect of it. It was a very sweet gift.It is gorgeous and very well made. $80 is an excellent price for something of this quality.

Several people have commented that these are too expensive. It's sterling silver. To me, the price is just right for something in sterling and I wouldn't want to see it made of cheap metal just to bring the price down.

Adorable, love that you can choose the fortune. The price is a bit steep, but for something handmade I would consider it.
Emily
I don't like that the fortune is in the back at the clasp. It should be visible near the fortune cookie.

if you could have a personalized message for the fortune then it would be worth the money but since you can't i would not spend that much on a necklace
angela
Very nice but a bit overpriced.
Sydney

That's cute! I think 80.00 is too much.
