Handmade by Charlotte Guptill in the USA.

International locations available, but maps may be less detailed.

To wear the rope bracelet, place the button bezel on top of the wrist with the rope dangling off of wrist to one side. Wrap the rope under the wrist, back around the top past the bezel, under again and back to the bezel, essentially wrapping the rope around the wrist twice. Now button the bezel through the loop in the rope. As necessary, the length of the rope can be adjusted to size to the appropriate length to fit the wrist. The rope can be lengthened by pulling the slipknot away from the bezel (making the loop smaller), or shortened by pulling the slipknot towards the bezel (making the loop larger). The first time, you'll need to adjust the rope back and forth a bit to size, but once set, the knot stays in place maintaining the size.

Unfortunately, this item cannot ship outside of the United States at this time.

John and Charlotte Guptill

To escape the corporate frenzy, and to feed her "bead addiction," Charlotte Guptill began creating jewelry in 2002. She was inspired by her love of sailing to incorporate nautical charts into her designs in 2006. In 2009, with the assistance of her then fiance', John, Charlotte formally launched CHART Metalworks on Custom House Wharf, not far from their home on Portland, Maine's peninsula. Now, with the help of a talented pack of Maine-based artisans, and sometimes some distraction from their Corgi-Terrier Mix, Riley, husband and wife team John and Charlotte Guptill handcraft custom nautical chart and map adornments in their studio on Portland, Maine's working waterfront. Each unique piece is hand-cast. The chart or map images are hand cut and hand placed. Each piece is topped with a boaters resin creating a natural dome, magnifying the artwork below. collection
