Have It Maid.

"The best part is that you can have it altered and wear it again!" the bride said, beaming. The bridesmaids nodded nervously, trying not to look down at the poufy-sleeved, hot-pink soufflé of a dress billowing off their bodies. It's the kind of dress that none of them looked attractive in, but every one of them--the bride's sister, best friend, and cousin--were proud to wear it because of what it meant to the bride for each of her bridesmaids to be there in it on her wedding day. After the wedding, each of them knew the dress would never see the light of day again, but each would hold onto her dress, regardless.

A year later, the wedding may be long over, but for the bridesmaid who's not content to keep the memory hidden away in her closet, this custom quilt gives the bride's best gals the opportunity share the joy of her special day all over again. Kathy Carrier gives these once beloved dresses a new life as a beautiful quilt that stiches together the shared warm sentiments of her bridesmaids. The re-imagined dresses are backed with 20/80 cotton-polyester batting and patterned with 100% cotton materials in a complementary color range. This quilt is a heartfelt anniversary gift that allows the bride to get wrapped up in the thrill of her wedding day every day. Handmade by Kathy Carrier and her team in Indiana.
