A Molecular Solid Choice

Looking for a fun and safe way for your kids to learn more about precipitation, evaporation and molecules? Look no more! A brilliant 4th grader named Connor wanted his friends to see how exciting science could be, so he created his own series of kid-friendly experiment kits. With his Crystal Explosion kit, your child will be able to quickly grow their own crystals without any toxic chemicals, stove-tops or microwaves! Just leave the mix in the fridge overnight to see crystals form. Within 24 hours, the cup will be filled! Take the all-inclusive kit for a spin and watch your kids have a crystal ball! Assembled in North Carolina.

Connor of Kits for Kids was always a curious and exceptional young experimenter.

Discovering a love of science at a very early age, he was somewhat frustrated with the lack of answers he could find at school or through inadequate store-bought science kits. In 2004, he pioneered his own line of affordable and accessible science kits that have now expanded into a nation-wide phenomenon!

Connor's mission is to inspire the next generation of researchers and entrepreneurs. He hopes that his kits, along with visits to middle school classrooms, where he leads exciting scientific activities and speaks to the importance of following one's dreams, will help kids all over the nation reach their full potential!

Comments about Crystal Explosion - Connor's Kits for Kids:

Great product, our 9 yo loves it. Does multiple experiments and teaches in a non-obvious way how variables alter results. Our 9 yo was able to read the instructions and emark on self-led experimentation...no adult help needed, but quiet supervision from across the room was still happening. Unlike other reviews, we didn't have trouble with the lid. Maybe our altitude was working for us.

Comments about Crystal Explosion - Connor's Kits for Kids:

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old brother and mailed it off to him. He was so excited it recieve it that he said nothing about not getting the one hundred dollar Lego set that he was asking for! =)
The package said there was enough for more than one experiment too!

I do wish it came in other colors

Comments about Crystal Explosion - Connor's Kits for Kids:

My younger brother received this for his birthday and while the idea sounds like the coolest thing ever we can't get the lid off. We've pried, pulled, even bit it but it won't come off! I'm very disappointed that we don't even know if it works well yet...
