You know that old saying: "You have to learn to crawl before you can walk"? Well, these brilliant knee pads make those first moves a little bit easier. Do you know a little cruiser that could use a little extra padding around the knees?

Even pants on a small child slide down when crawling so these would be utterly useless and could cause a tripping obstacle.

Wish these were around when my two little ones were crawling around on our tile and hardwood floors.

I don't have kids, so it's hard for me to comment, however I feel like this is a great idea for young ones who have to crawl on hardwood or tile floors!

I think this is sooo cute! I would have tried them out with my son. Too late now however I can see getting this along with something else as a gift for a baby shower.

While adorable they seem impracticable and unnecessary. How much do we really need to protect children -- from something as natural as crawling. Stuff like this raises a generation of wusses.

Idea very cute, but we need jobs in our own country. Might consider if made in USA.
Karen
Vote: Thumbs up!
Not sure they would stay in place, and don't love that they aren't made in the US, but they are cute and could work for younger kids just starting to crawl.

I think these would just end up being more hassle than their worth. I also don't really see the need for them.

These baby knee pads are not only adorable, but so functional and in many cases, have prevented some serious injuries. Its also such an easy accessory to put on your child, that you end up using it daily. Highly recommend this product!

This is why children today a wimps. Kids are supposed to get banged up a little while playing - it's how childhood is supposed to be.

Like others have said, there is no way that these would stay on. They would either ride down, or the kiddiwinks would pull them off.

How cute are these?! I'm thinking they are perfect for our hard wood floors when the baby starts crawling- definitely purchasing these!

I have a very active toddler and have hardwood floors in my house. These would be perfect for my little guy!

These are genius. We cut up tube socks for our little one. The only problem was keeping them from slipping off. Never did figure that one out.

I wish I knew this product when my daughter was little. She always got bruises and redness on her knees when she started crawling and I looked for knee pads but couldn't find any.. two thumbs up!

Just more unnecessary stuff for babies like separate laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, etc. When I had my child I didn't use any thing special for kids and he is fine. stuff like the above is WHY our landfills are full.

Knowing infant development, I am not confident these would be practical/would stay on and be effective.

Kids have been crawling without them for thousands of years, and if we coddle kids like this they will never learn that sometimes learning new things hurts!!!

Hello, Voters! Thanks for all of your feedback on the Crawlings Knee Pads! A few people have commented that they may fall down easily, so I just wanted to jump in with a little more info about the materials. The cushions are a lightweight polymer, so they are flexible and fit nicely over the knee. Since they are not heavy, they are less likely to fall down. The stretchy spandex-rayon-cotton blend fabric surrounding the cushions is also designed to keep the pads in place while your little one is on the go.

Children around the world have for centuries survived crawled and learned to walk without knee pads. We already over-protect our children.

As a mom, I don't think these would stay on well. Why not use wristbands or cu up old sweaters?

interesting product. however, pads should be able to grow with child.

How funny, I was looking for something for my husband and ran across something familiar. I bought two pairs a few months ago for my toddler and they work very well (they have yellow bandage and personally I like them more than the blue ones). I saw some comments below that the knee pads would not stay on, but actually they do. I don't use them at home often but more for outdoor activities @ the park or playground. I love these cute knee pads! they're cute and great!

Wouldn't these just slide right off while baby is crawling around? And for use indoor and out? They are white cotton knee pads to crawl around outside? How would they not be instantly ruined?

Cute novelty item for baby and priced well. Moms will like more than the babies. Probably won't be really functional. But still like.

The only person who would buy this is someone who has not had a crawling child. These would not stay on the knees, not to mention that children are built to crawl, not wear knee pads.

I bet these would drive kids nuts. It's not natural! Just let them crawl around like normal kids for Pete's sake. Ridiculous.

I have to agree with Melissa, I wish they were around 29 years ago:)
