Comments about UncommonGoods Construction Plate & Utensils:

My grandson was a preemie and has had feeding issues. He's developmentally behind and still has a feeding tube. He is now 5 1/2 yrs. Old, and is finally eating solid food. I got this set to encourage him. He was so excited and is having fun with it. I'm really pleased with my purchase!

Comments about UncommonGoods Construction Plate & Utensils:

As an indulgent grandma, I bought this for my active 3 yr old grandson who loves any machine that moves. He was a bit disappointed that the "wheels" on the utensils did not move but that has not stopped hours of imaginative play and yes he eats a little more, too ! Note: The plate and utensils are sold separately and are expensive. I do think the supplier might offer a discount when a customer buys the whole set.

Comments about UncommonGoods Construction Plate & Utensils:

Ricky introduces himself as a "construction worker" to everyone, and he can identify all types of heavy equipment. When we told him the utensils were for eating, well, we had to eat. He had no problems using the utensils, and ate everything. Ricky lover sweets, and my niece limits his intake. She crushed one oreo in a ziplock, and told him it was cookie dirt. He enjoyed it immensely, and when it was gone, said he finished the job. I bought 4 more sets for my grandkids!

My soon to be 2 year old nephew loves tractors and other construction equipment. He does NOT love to sit still and eat. This had been a huge help in getting him interested long enough to do so. Love it!
