Carolyn grew up in South Africa, travelled through Europe and landed in Canada where she lives in a 120 year old Victorian House in downtown Toronto with her husband, daughter Lily and English Bulldog Ziggy.
Carolyn trained as a graphic designer for 3 years in South Africa (the old-fashioned way) and now runs the creative side of Ecojot. A family run stationery business founded by Carolyn and her brother Mark in 2007. Ecojot produces 100% post consumer recycled Journals, sketchbooks, planners, note cards and wrap which feature Carolyn’s designs.
Exotic colour, travel, animals and nature inspire Carolyn. She works in Goauche, watercolour and vector and reads, rides her bike and does yoga and gardening to relax. Carolyn is a city and country girl combined. She’s inspired by the buzz of the city and the serenity of the country.
