Growing Together

With these modular planters, your indoor garden will find strong roots in contemporary design. Created by Andrew and Richard Erdle, brothers whose background spans both the arts and agriculture, each pot is hand cast from high quality, white stoneware. The unique profile of the pots is ripe with both style and function: the height of the vessel provides ample root space for a variety of plants, and the shape allows clusters of them to grow into curvaceous rows. The rounded feet can be filled with sand or gravel to assist proper drainage, and can even be used to stack pots for a double-decker look. Hand cast in Illinois. Sold individually.

Andrew Erdle grew up on a grape and blueberry farm in Silver Creek, New York. From there he studied design at Syracuse University, although he spent most of his time in the ceramic and computer studios.

Afterwards he ended up as a copywriter in a New York City advertising agency by way of an eager headhunter. He now creates objects that others can use to help pursue happiness through creativity.
