In an effort to recreate the elegant lines, soft curves and delicate petals of the irresistible Calla Lily, Kathy Gorg sculpted this gorgeous pitcher and two-cup set.
Derived from the Greek word "leiron," the lily was so revered by the Greeks that they believed it sprouted from the milk of Hera, the queen of the gods. Inspired by this enduring symbol of purity and innocence, Kathy captured and abstracted this heaven-sent flower in stoneware. The pink and white ombre petals cradle beverages like tender drops of dew for handmade elegance at your service. Handmade in the USA.

attractive and clever. The title is Calla Collection yet I see the comment "Sold individually" Does that mean the pitcher costs $24 as well as the glass costing $24, even though the pitcher is larger??

Thanks for the questions! Each cup is 5 inches high, 2.75 inches wide, and 4 inches in diameter. The cups are estimated at $24 each. The pitcher is 10.5 inches tall, 3 inches wide, and 5 inches in diameter. The estimated price is $80.

Kathy needs to look at the Calla Lily again.Neither of these look like like the Calla. They look to me more like something a beginner would have made.I have been a gardener for 25 years and have grown many Callas, this does not look like the flower to me.

I love these and would buy them in a heartbeat, except that they are insanely expensive. For two cups and a pitcher, you're looking at $130 before tax and shipping. Yikes!

they aren't very good- looking. they don't look like the calla lily. they also look like they would leak if you put liquids in them.

Thanks for all of your votes and comments, everyone! We just took a look at this set in person, and are pleased to say that the cups and pitcher are quite sturdy. Although the fold of the calla lily shape does appear to be a seam, this is decorative and there are no seams inside, so they will not leak.
