With POPS, traditional favorites like cake, cookies, brownies, and mini pies break away from the plate and stand up to join in on the fun. Bake a cake and allow to cool. Make the frosting. Crumble the cake. Combine the cake and frosting to refrigerate. Roll mixture into balls and refrigerate. Insert 5/32" paper lollipop sticks into the balls. Dip cake pops in candy. Decorate. Display on platter. Eat! Enjoy! Smile! Repeat as necessary.
