Comments about BUFFALO NAME DROPPING GAME:

I bought this and find myself bringing it to parties and family events all the time now. It is a game the whole family can play or just a few people, and people can jump in and out of the game without everything falling apart, like if you have to get up and prepare dinner while others still play. I love the quirky and eclectic combinations -- they really make you think! And laugh!

Comments about BUFFALO NAME DROPPING GAME:

I've been a big fan of Flanagan's games ever since I played Layoff, her satirical take on Bejewelled.

Buffalo is one of those games that people can instantly jump in on the action and fun. It requires very little to no instructions. But despite its simplicity, Buffalo is a very smart and entertaining game. It tests your knowledge and ability to name people described by a random and humorous set of adjectives and nouns. For example, the cards might reveal the following; Brazilian+Muppet+Engineer, and the first person to name someone described by all the cards, wins the set. The number of cards and the variety of adjectives allows for some very interesting, funny, and challenging situations.

My only critism of the game is the lack of a scoreboard or point system, other than the counting of winning sets to determine the winner. However, as a casual party or bar game, a scoreboard is probably not necessary.
