Touch Wood
Put the alphabet at your child's fingertips with this set of 28 blocks hewn from sustainable Michigan basswood. Each block contains American Sign Language symbols, embossed Braille letters, and traditional letterforms carved in attractive European style font.
These lovely letter blocks are specially made for little hands: traditional and braille letters can be traced easily by tiny fingers, and the blocks' beveled edges make getting a grip on language that much easier. Handcrafted in Michigan of Basswood grown in the Great Lakes area and printed with non-toxic inks. Ages 2+.
- Item ID: 21705
- Materials: basswood, non-toxic permanent ink
- In packaging: 14.75" L x 7.25" W x 2" H
- Care instructions: clean your blocks lightly with a damp cloth and mild detergent, but avoid getting the embossed sides wet. Moisture is more likely to cling to the crevices, making them more susceptible to damage.

What a gorgeous way for a child who is hearing or sight-impaired, or who has a family member who is, to start learning the alphabet! Are you "feeling" this beautifully-made set of blocks?

Oh, these are fabulous! I wish I'd had them when my son was a baby, but I'd probably still buy them. My son learned sign language at an early age due to hearing issues.
