Elements Of Change

Within the sleek black wood frame of this special edition desktop sand window, Austrian sand artist Klaus Bosch, translates the earth's ever-changing natural elements into hypnotic artwork, bringing a sense of wonder and harmony to any home or office.

Secured by poles on either side, the frame rotates with a gentle push. Every motion has a ripple effect. One small vibration can spark a seismic shift that gives rise to mountains, valleys, and captivating landscapes from the contrasting black, white, and gold flecks of sand. The viewer can control the amount of air within the frame, thereby changing the speed at which the sand falls. Beautiful sand formations quickly mesmerize anyone watching, giving viewers a peaceful escape from the daily elements. Handmade in Austria.
