Marshall and Megan Dostal make it a point to live as eco-consciously as possible--you could even say they're driven. For years, the couple has relied exclusively on bio-diesel-powered vehicles to get where they need to go. To procure this eco-friendly fuel, Marshall collects depleted waste grease from some of Los Angeles' finest restaurants and converts it into useful energy in the Dostal's garage-turned-laboratory.

One day, Megan, a former event planner for Vogue magazine, discovered the result of years of DIY bio-diesel distilling: barrel upon barrel of glycerin, a byproduct of the conversion process. So, using Megan's high-fashion prowess and Marshall's eco-ingenuity, the couple took their passion for the environment one step further by creating their signature line of skin-soothing moisturizers that are as good to the earth as they are to your body.

The Dostal's stores of locally sourced, depleted vegetable oils are purified into rich glycerin and blended with bergamot, olive, and exotic grass oils, making a rich lotion that possesses a lovely, delicate scent. The aroma is light and summery, evoking dew-kissed grass blades, sweet tea, and a refreshing twist of citrus. The Dostal's handcrafted biofuel goes into their cars, the glycerin goes into their lotion, and in doing both, the couple has established a perfect sustainable circle and you're now part of it!
