Pastry chef and craft beer enthusiast Cassie Forrington was the original mastermind behind our collection of beer-infused goodies. Her creations are based on traditional recipes, using simple ingredients and old-school techniques. Over the years, she’s built delicious relationships with the craft breweries she works with. Meredith Maier, co-owner and brewhouse coordinator for Six Rivers Brewery, joined Cassie's team of collaborators to help guide the growing collection of beer-enhanced creations. Cassie is excited to see the bakery continue in Meredith’s capable hands. Meredith and Cassie both live in beautiful Humboldt County, in the far northern reaches of California.
