This quirky doll, made with upcycled baby blankets and sheets, encourages mom and baby's nearest and dearest to pin their hopes on their bright future. With this doll, friends and family members can bestow their wishes for a stress-free birth and babyhood, including "sleep-filled nights," "loves the car seat" and "sweet baby smell." Well-wishers can use these playful prompts or, if inspiration strikes, he or she can tack on a hand-written message from the heart.
This newborn doll comes clad in re-purposed, plush fleece onesie, a pinned diaper and button "pacifier." This little harbinger of all things good is available in pink, blue or green material (please specify when ordering). Great for baby showers or the new mother's bedside, the ultimate infant protector or protectress promotes celebratory sentiments, good wishes and joy-filled messages in a playful, personalized way.
Each 7" fiber-filled doll is packaged in a presentation style box with a clear plastic lid that can also be used to display all the good voodoo your little one receives for years to come.

I get the idea, but I feel it could have been executed in better taste. Voodoo dolls are not toys that should be associated w/babies and well wishes, that's just my opinion...

Nooo, it's CREEPY, not cute!! BUT...I have been making little hand-sewn good wishes pillows for my new-mom friends, and it has a little pocket on the front, w/ strips of decorative paper sticking out, where we can write good wishes for the baby. Each person I've given one to still has it displayed in their home. THAT'S a cute idea! :)
