      Comments about AUTOMATIC COMPOSTER:

I've had this for about 4 years now, since 2007. I bought it when it just came out. It has been very reliable and easy to use. Once I had overloaded it and that caused all sorts of jams for a while [...] My also had a little noise when it was new, but that went away after a few days once it broke in. The compost has been phenomenal and I am able to grow things in my garden for a change (I used to just get weeds and all my efforts at real garedening had failed).

        Comments about AUTOMATIC COMPOSTER:

I purchased this because I was tired of dumping gross buckets of junk out in the alley on occasion. As a single person, I generate very little compost, but I do what I can to eliminate garbage. I thought this sounded perfect for me. I only set it up yesterday afternoon, so can't yet give a 'real' performance review. It is relatively quiet, but di wake me every 4 hrs thru the night when it did it's tumbling thing. I am sure that an in-cupboard placement would be much less noticeable, but for now, it's okay. I moved it further from the kitchen doorway so I won't hear it so much. Seems very sturdy and very simple to use-always a plus when you want to get people to use something !Bit of a splurge for me, but I have high hopes that it will be just what I was hoping for.
