Clean Lines

Turn a simple light switch into an eye-catching work of mechanical art. Laser cut wood and intriguing gears blend classic Art Deco architecture with innovative steampunk design.

This fabulous contraption is the brainchild of father and son Lance and L J Nybye. They craft their mechanisms from decorative plywood, often leaving the alternating colors of wood left exposed at the edges. The switch installs easily in your bedroom, hobby room or office—simply attach it over an existing, standard switch plate using the existing screws. Made in the USA.

Lance Nybye Jr.

While attending weekend craft shows and weeknight street fairs, Lance Nybye Jr. and his father Lance Nybye Sr. had the idea of using the equipment they already owned to make wood laser cut earrings. The product has come a long way from where it started and they are proud to offer not only earrings, but bracelets, pendants, switch plates, and clocks as well. Lance Jr., the designer, is laser focused on the smallest details. He is constantly improving the manufacturing process and designs of his products and is always open to suggestions and feedback. He cares most about the customer being happy and growing his business organically. collection
