Beauty Shines Through
Handcrafted artistry transforms this messenger bag from workaday utility into a winsome, feminine accessory. The pattern on the front, fold-over panel is not printed fabric, but actually an intricate piece of applique work. The members of a women's cooperate in Rajasthan, India, snip cutouts from a colored piece of 100% cotton fabric, and then hand stitch it to the contrasting cotton underneath. The bag has an exterior pocket under the flap, for quick access to your essentials. Inside the main compartment are two additional pockets, one with a zippered closure. Cotton strips in front can be tied to secure the bag closed. Handmade in Rajasthan, India.
