The product was beatufiful. Great for the person who has everything. It makes for a great conversation piece, perfect for an office.

Service & Delivery comments:

The delivery was very prompt. The way it was packed insured it was not damaged in any way. I had to return the product and had no issues getting my money back. I will use this company again.

This chess board is definitely creative. I was looking for something unique but functional. When my boyfriend opened the package, he loved the design. I did think that the darker wood would be a few shades darker than it really was, but I can get over that easily.

Had some water works or spots on the board. Nice product - but not the quality I would expect for the price. Needs a little more attention paid to the detail.

So far appears to be very high quality. Being wood it will require an oil or polish to bring out it's true beauty. My only con is in setting it up for display it can be a challange to get the larger pieces (king, queen, bishop) to stand verticle. All the more reason to use it versus displaying it. The distraction of the wobble actually forces one to focus more on the game.

Service & Delivery comments:

This arrived in perfect condition and was well packed. There is a foam packing material container you may want to use if you have to put this away. Only negative is there isn't one for the board.
